What we sell
Most of our products are customisable and built to order. Each product page lists the available options, which may include variants or versions, enclosure types, colours, materials, I/O configurations, and other product-specific choices. To streamline production, we maintain a small stock of common components. For some products, we also offer selected configurations that are ready to ship.
The maturity level of our products varies, and some items may be sold at the prototype stage. We encourage buyers to provide feedback and participate in the iteration process, with the understanding that products may evolve and that future versions may differ in form, function, or both.
Product compliance and intended use
Most of our products are electronic devices sold as development or evaluation units, or as hobbyist kits — intended primarily for businesses, researchers, makers, and technical enthusiasts rather than as products for the general public. Where offered, customers can also choose between a prebuilt unit or a self-assemble kit.
All products we make are subject to applicable product safety rules. Cuzom Oy is identified as the economic operator, maintains technical documentation, and will report any safety incidents to market surveillance authorities as required. If you suspect a safety issue with a product, please contact us so we can investigate promptly.
Our products are designed for informational and educational use. They are not medical devices, not intended to replace certified safety equipment where such equipment is legally required, and should not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. If you have specific compliance or measurement-accuracy requirements, please contact us before ordering.
How an order works
An order is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us. We agree the specification with you before production begins. Production starts after payment is received.
Full payment is due before production begins unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices on this website include Finnish VAT (25.5 %). Orders shipped outside the European Union are invoiced without Finnish VAT. Local taxes, customs duties, and carrier handling fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number verified via VIES, the reverse charge mechanism applies and no VAT is added.
Delivery times are estimates confirmed at the time of order. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order.
Returns and complaints
See our Refund Policy for information about your right of withdrawal, statutory warranty, and returns procedure. For any complaint, please contact us and we will aim to respond within 3 business days.
Liability and governing law
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For private users, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Private buyers may also refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
